Theodora, who goes by Teddy, is a performer and social media creator based in New York City.
Teddy's performance credits include opera, concert works, and musical theater. She is currently earning her Master’s of Music at Mannes School of Music under the instruction of Arthur Levy. She made her Carnegie Hall debut at the age of 14 and went on to win first place NATS-NYC. She is also the recipient of the Performance Award from the Bel Canto Institute in Florence, Italy. In addition to her work on the singing stage, Teddy is the creator of @got2gonyc- a TikTok and Instagram account dedicated to sharing public, sanitary, and accessible NYC bathrooms.
Her social media activism has most recently been featured in The New York Times, CNN, Teen Vogue, Bloomberg, The New York Post, TimeOut and more. Her TV and Radio features include WNYC, 1010WINS, Howard 101's A Hard Look, ABC7NY, NY1, Pix11, and TAFF on ProSiebenSat1 in Germany.
While publicly cataloging NYC bathrooms, she concurrently advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion through documenting hardships faced by fellow New Yorkers & tourists due to the lack of NYC bathrooms. These testimonials can be found on her blog.
